ABOUT ME

My name is Iwona - I'm a wedding photographer. Capturing wedding in both journalistic and editorial way is very important to me - every moment is special and unique and has to be captured as such. I also work in fashion industry, it gives me another approach to photograph weddings - bright and poetic pictures.

I think that spontaneous and candid photography can describe the best the magic of a wedding - people's emotions, memorable moments and beautiful places. And that's how I will work on your wedding day...Oh, and Mon Conte de Fées means My Fairy Tale...

Since 2010 I was covering weddings mainly in Paris but also in different regions and cities in France (Saint-Tropez, Nice, Bordeaux...). I also earned the trust of celebrtities such as Adrienne Bailon and Israel Hughton or Mike Philips for covering their wedding.

Some of my photographies were published in magazines People (US) Mariée (FR) and blogs (Style me Pretty, French Wedding Style, Bridal Musings) and I'm so happy that my work is appreciated.

After more than 20 years spent in France and having a 10+ years of experience in wedding photography, I decided to move in Poland and from 2024, I'll only be working in Kraków area.

I use artistic elements and principles in my artworks/photographs and consider factors such as line, space, balance, color, space, depth, form, texture, and of course: light.

A natural aesthetic, including natural lighting as a quality in itself, is what I pursue.
